End User Licence Agreement

This agreement is between you and Vantedge Alpha. It covers Vantedge FlowPilot, Vantedge BookPilot and the indicators included with them (the "software"). By installing or using the software you accept these terms.
Your Licence
While your subscription is active, Vantedge Alpha grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the software for the plan you subscribed to, inside NinjaTrader 8, for your own trading.
- Each licence key works on up to 2 devices at the same time. To move a key to a new device, deactivate an old one in your account (up to 2 self-service resets per key every 30 days) or ask support to release it.
- The plan decides what you get: FlowPilot includes Vantedge Footprint; BookPilot includes Vantedge BookScope and Vantedge Footprint, and the Vantedge DOM Pressure Matrix when it is released.
- You may not share, resell, sublicense or redistribute the software or your licence key, or try to bypass, crack or reverse engineer the licence check or the software.
Subscription, Billing and Cancellation
Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Manage billing in your account; cancelling stops future charges. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.
The licence ends when the subscription ends, is refunded, or is cancelled for a breach of this agreement. After that the software stops arming and new downloads are not available.
Internet Connection and Licence Checks
The software checks your licence online when it starts and at regular intervals while it runs. It sends your licence key, a device identifier, an optional device label and the software version. See the privacy policy. Without a valid licence check the strategy does not arm.
Automated Trading Is Your Responsibility
FlowPilot and BookPilot place real orders on the account you choose. You decide whether, when, where and with which settings they run, and you remain responsible for supervising them, for every order they place, and for following the rules of your broker, prop firm and exchange. Updates
We may release updates that fix problems, change defaults or add features. Updates are part of your subscription. A version may stop being supported when a newer one is required for the licence check to work.
No Warranty and Limited Liability
The software is provided "as is". Vantedge Alpha does not promise that it is error free, that it will run without interruption, or that it will make money. To the extent the law allows, Vantedge Alpha is not liable for trading losses, missed trades, data feed or platform failures, or indirect damages, and its total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the last month. Nothing in this agreement limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
