Privacy Policy

Vantedge Alpha collects only the data needed to sell your subscription, check your licence, deliver the software, answer support and send the emails you asked for. We do not sell personal data.
What We Collect and Why
- Purchase and billing: your email, name, billing country and subscription status. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Licence and devices: your licence key, the plan, a device identifier, an optional device label, the software version, and the times of activations and licence checks. Used to enforce the 2-device limit and keep the licence working.
- Downloads: download requests for your plan's package, to deliver it and prevent abuse.
- Support and refund requests: what you send through the support or refund form, including your email, plan, reason and message.
- Newsletter: your email address when you sign up for the playbook or newsletter, to send it and a short series of follow-up emails. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Website analytics and logs: pages visited and basic device and browser data through Google Analytics, plus server and error logs used to keep the site reliable and secure.
Who Processes It
We use these providers to run the service. They process data on our behalf:
- Stripe: payments, subscriptions and the billing portal.
- Supabase: the database that stores licences, activations and orders.
- Vercel: website hosting.
- Resend: purchase, licence and newsletter emails.
- Formspree: delivery of support and refund form messages.
- Google Analytics: website usage statistics.
The Software
FlowPilot and BookPilot run on your computer. Apart from the licence check described above, they do not send your trades, account details or market data to us.
Retention
We keep purchase and licence records for as long as your subscription runs and afterwards as long as tax and accounting law requires. Support messages are kept as long as needed to help you. When you unsubscribe we keep only your address and the unsubscribe date, so we do not email you again; ask us and we delete it.
Your Rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@vantedgealpha.com. Deleting licence data ends the licence. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
